I am so thankful you are interested in helping me spread the word about the numerous benefits my training offers bring to peoples' lives. 

 

You know I believe in taking a holistic approach to mastering human behavior. It's important to learn all aspects of interpersonal skills to perfect every human interaction. It's not just about body language, even though I was voted the top 11th in the world in that category.

The one thing that makes or breaks relationships, whether personal or professional, is how we communicate and make decisions. That's why I developed a comprehensive mentor program and membership sites to help busy business professionals go from second-guessing what to say to commanding their words and presence with confidence.

I help people become fearless in challenging conversations, whether they're interviewing someone, negotiating a deal, or trying to figure out if someone can be trusted.

Here’s how to earn a referral fee by becoming a Referral Partner of my programs:

- If you refer a colleague to join ELEVATE, you get $50
- If you refer a colleague to join ASCENSION, you get $250
- If you refer a colleague to join my Professional Mentor Program:

• For 3 months, you get $350

• For 6 months, you get $450

• For 12 months, you get $500

2. Do an email introduction with me and your friend/colleague: lenasisco@thecongruencygroup.com

3. Stand by for payment once they join either ELEVATE, ASCENSION, or my PMP program.
